This is fantastic. I just happened to come across this blog by chance. It’s a blog for a Bus-Line in Washington CD. It’s the driver or a unit representative talking to his customers about actual service issues.
It’s even better that this blog is publicly searchable. Take a moment and imagine how corrective the markets would be if every company published a blog like this.
I did notice that the commenting feature was NOT turned on. That might be a wise decision but they should still have an e-mail address for people to contact them.
