Yesterday, I received an e-mail from my step-brother David, who is being deployed in the United States Army, where he referred me to a total douche bag site called Citizens Against the Troops and is run by a pleasant gentleman named Michael Crook. Here are just a few of his charming and sensitive points of view:

  1. [2,423] U.S. scumbags have died in the “war on terror” (Iraq, Afghanistan. etc.). These soldiers voluntarily signed up to (supposedly) serve their country, and thus chose their life’s path, selfishly leaving their wives widows, and their children without fathers. Therefore, pity or tribute is not appropriate.

  2. A soldier is dead in Iraq. The story goes that he died for his country, but the moral of the story is that he’s dead and now another man gets his woman. Worse than that, however, is the fact that the taxpayers must now dole out $400,000 due to his poor life decisions, and essentially support his miserable scumbag family.

  3. The excessive base salaries must be reduced.
All “allowances” must be eliminated. This includes “hazard pay”, BAH, uniform allowances, and every other type of allowance and handout. Soldiers should be made to pay all of their expenses from their base salary, just as in the real world. They should be made to pay 100% of the cost of medical insurance; co-pays should be doubled.

  4. Members of the military should be double taxed because of the financial burden that they are to this country.

I can’t believe this guy hasn’t been strangled during a political discussion yet. You really do have a death wish when you start targeting people (and their families) who are trained to kill other human beings; that’s just a prime example of what happens when your diet consists of mainly eating retard sandwiches.

Hat tip to my bro David, who I am proud has made the decision to serve his country in arms. May [Insert favorite metaphor referring to that which cannot be experienced or expressed in terms of time and space here] bless him and protect him.
